rp3vip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid government-issued ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings or account balances associated with accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.
To access gaming services on rp3vip, you must create a personal account. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, residential address, phone number, and payment details. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of any account balance.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the rp3vip platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. rp3vip employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any user found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts closed, all pending bets voided, and all account balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or that your login credentials have been stolen, you must notify rp3vip customer support immediately via email at [email protected]. rp3vip will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
rp3vip is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.
Until your account is fully verified, rp3vip may impose restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus funds.
rp3vip supports a wide range of deposit methods tailored to the Indonesian market, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum). All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. rp3vip does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, for which rp3vip is not responsible.
All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or cryptocurrency as applicable. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside rp3vip's control, and no refunds or adjustments will be made based on rate changes post-deposit.
Withdrawal requests must be made through the account dashboard. rp3vip processes most withdrawal requests within 1-3 hours during business hours (Western Indonesia Time - WIB), subject to account verification and compliance checks. VIP members may be eligible for expedited processing.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided during the withdrawal request. rp3vip is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. A withdrawal processing fee may be charged depending on the payment method selected. All applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a withdrawal request.
rp3vip reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. In such cases, we may request additional documentation or conduct a verification call. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of these checks.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. rp3vip reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel bonuses where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse or advantage play has occurred, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other activity deemed to be exploitative rather than recreational in nature.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of each sport and market, as published in our Sports Betting Rules document. In the event of a dispute, rp3vip's decision is final. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the respective league association for domestic matches).
If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a specified timeframe (typically 48 hours). Specific rules apply to different sports and are available on request.
All casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), are governed by their individual game rules as published by the game provider. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the statistical long-term payout rate over millions of game rounds.

rp3vip is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, server downtime, or errors caused by third-party service providers. In the event of a software malfunction or error affecting game outcomes, rp3vip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp3vip is licensed to operate. By using the rp3vip platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding bets will be settled, and your remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification and processing times.
rp3vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or as required by law. In the event of termination by rp3vip, any remaining balance will be returned to you, unless forfeited due to breach of terms.
